How to order items

Selecting services & goods and placing in the basket

From the product catalog or product search, select the product you want to purchase. If the services or goods have more variants, mark the one you are interested in. Use the "Add to cart" button to add the selected product to the cart. Please check the contents of the shopping cart before sending the order.

If you have a discount coupon, don't forget to use it.

Choice of transport and payment modes

Choose the method of transport and payment that suits you best. If you have chosen courier transport, we will deliver the goods to your designated place. If you prefer the services of Pick-up locations (eg courier, UPS Parcel Shop, etc.), the goods will be delivered to the place of your choice (if such a service is available in the transport offer).

Delivery details

Fill in the customer's details and delivery address. If you have already shopped with us in the past, fill in your login details. Otherwise, register and take advantage of loyalty benefits.

Sending an order

By sending the order, we will start processing your order. You will be informed of the next steps by e-mail to the address given in the delivery details.
